1.適時對宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)、行業(yè)政策進(jìn)行研究，關(guān)注同行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢對公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的影響并提出建設(shè)性意見；
2.項(xiàng)目跟蹤、調(diào)研、分析及策劃。
3.跟蹤投資項(xiàng)目的推進(jìn)過程，并協(xié)調(diào)處理交易過程中的各類問題；
4.項(xiàng)目投資方案、投資協(xié)議等制定和推進(jìn)。
5.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時安排的其它工作。
